Message:	What a beauty! The verandah post arrived today, and what a beautiful reproduction of this 140 year old verandah post. It was so well done, down to very finest of details in that intricate turning that one could not help but admire the craftsmanship that went into the reproduction. So this is to say thank you all very very much. It looked so amazing that we carried it into the livingroom to show my 95 year old mum, and she was so delighted she wanted to send you a thank you note. She has been in this old victorian home since she was in her 20s, and like my dad, loves it dearly. Your craftsmanship has been a real gift - she can see that the original has been faithfully reproduced. She thought it was beautiful. So thank you very very much again. If the weather holds, I will be back in touch on additional work before the winter, and if it doesn't, I will definitely be back in touch in the spring. Thank you also for cutting it to 95 inches, and the nicely squared ends. It will make my life a lot easier. And thank you also for the advice on sealer - I had bought some up was not sure about it as I had not used if before, so when your note recommended the same product that i had just bought, I feel more comfortable applying 2 coats of it, before the exterior oil paint.
